Staging is a Hot Business for the Click Family

Tired-Nashville-Home-Stager It’s already been a very long summer for the Click family as we have been busy staging vacant homes.  We’ve spent alot of time in East Nashville, West Nashville, and Franklin getting some fantastic homes ready for the market.

This heat wave we’ve had lately, with temperatures in the 90s,  has really affected all of us. It’s crazy how the heat can absolutely wipe you out. Steaming bedding in 90 degree heat (the air conditioning wasn’t working properly) makes for a hot afternoon of staging.

Our 5 year old, Riley, sometimes goes with us to stage vacant homes. This is her last summer before she starts kindergarten in the fall and spending time with her along with teaching her a strong work ethic is extremely important to Cory and me. Riley is great at bringing in pillows, polishing furniture, and providing advice on where furniture should be placed. This photo of Riley was taken after another long day, which completely wiped her out. I must say, I felt the same way, but I had to drive back home!

Even though staging is very tiresome, it is extremely rewarding to help homeowners get their properties sold. Not only do we get the ability to help others, we get to do it as a family and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
